
I started Diamond Business Buffets after recognising that companies which require catering,
normally have to go to caterers that do buffets as an add on to their main business.
I felt that I could provide
a specialist service that is passionate about delivering high quality food and service at competitive prices, which
our clients will rave about.
We supply freshly prepared food to order and use locally sourced quality ingredients,
which not only helps keep money in the local economy, but also helps the environment by keeping down our carbon footprint.
The best thing is we have some of the most fantastic ingredients to choose from in Norfolk, whether it's Mrs Temples cheeses,
fresh Cromer Crab or seasonal fruit & veg. We also bake all our own cakes, scones and pasteries plus make a lot of
our own relishes and preserves.

My career
in catering started in myteens working as an an Assistant Manager and moving on to be a manager for a retail
bakery company, which incorporated cafe style restaurants into their premises.
After a career break of 7
years to have 2 daughters I returned to catering as a Manager for a local chain of coffee shops that specialised in providing
quality local freshly prepared food. During this time I grew a following for the buffet service we provided to amongst
others local businesses and public offices, such as Magistrates and even a Mayor.
